10 arrests have been made over the last 24-hour reporting period by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office. Deputies say they responded to 38 complaints.

Dennis Manuel Gonzales, 27, 1122 Village Lane, Amelia, LA was arrested on December 17, 2015 at 11:25 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. A deputy located Gonzales on Lake Palourde Road on the warrant and transported him to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Frank Keller, Jr., 28, 133 Tow Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on December 17, 2015 at 12:34 pm on 3 warrants for failure to appear for drug court status conferences and failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Deputies made contact with Keller at the district attorney's office in Morgan City. Keller was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $300,000.

Bryan Doucet, Jr., 28, 1014 Comeaux Road, New Iberia, LA was arrested on December 17, 2015 at 3:10 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of unlawful use of ID to gain access to a gaming establishment. A deputy transported Doucet from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the warrant. Bail is set at $5,000.

James Clements, 26, 216 Southwest Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on December 17, 2015 at 9:36 pm for criminal trespass and attempted burglary of a vehicle.

Austin C. Stanford, 19, 224 Southwest Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on December 17, 2015 at 9:36 pm for criminal trespass and attempted burglary of a vehicle.

A deputy responded to a report of trespassing at a residence on Field Road in Bayou Vista. While speaking with the complainant, the deputy learned that two male subjects were seen entering onto the property and pulling on vehicle doors. The deputy searched the area and located two male subjects, Clements and Stanford, at a nearby business who matched the description of the suspects. Through further investigation, the deputy positively identified Clements and Stanford as the subjects who were attempting to enter into several vehicles in the area. The deputy transported both suspects to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Blake B. Wain, 19, 656 Parish Road 131, Centerville, LA was arrested on December 17, 2015 at 1:14 pm for the following offenses:
- Warrant for aggravated assault with a firearm and simple battery
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone)
On December 11, 2015, a deputy responded to a report from Franklin Foundation Hospital of a possible battery. The deputy learned that Wain repeatedly punched and kicked a male victim at his residence who he believed stole a weapon from him. At one point during the confrontation, Wain put a gun to the victim's head. Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division obtained a warrant for Wain's arrest. Detectives developed further information that Wain was inside an apartment in the Brownell Homes Housing Authority subdivision and obtained a warrant to search the residence for him.
Narcotics detectives assisting CID detectives with the investigation executed the search warrant at 174 Mallard Street in Morgan City. When detectives made entry into the apartment they observed Wain smoking marijuana. Wain was taken into custody on the warrant as well as the drug charges. He was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Lee Boudreaux, 41, Amelia, LA was additionally charged on December 17, 2015 at 3:58 pm on a warrant for operation of a clandestine laboratory. Boudreaux was already incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. Narcotics detectives received information that methamphetamine was being produced in a wooded area off of Highway 182 in Amelia. Detectives searched the location and found 8 one pot methamphetamine labs as well as other items used to make the illegal drug. Detectives contacted crime and death scene cleaners, Xtreme Cleaners, who properly disposed of the labs. Continuing the investigation, the detective learned that Boudreaux used the location to cook methamphetamine. No bail is set.

Uston Rock-Sainos, 28, 100 Myrtle Street, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on December 17, 2015 at 5:36 pm for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Paul Billiot, 51, 100 Myrtle Street, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on December 17, 2015 at 5:36 pm for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Richard, 30, 232 Jupiter Street, Bayou Vista, LA arrested on December 17, 2015 at 5:36 pm for possession of marijuana.

Narcotics detectives developed credible information that illegal drug activity was taking place at the residence of Rock-Sainos and Billiot. Detectives, accompanied by the Morgan City Police Department Narcotics Division, conducted a search warrant at the location and found multiple bags of marijuana prepackaged for sale along with plastic baggies and a digital scale all belonging to Rock-Sainos. While searching Richard, detectives located a bag of marijuana. A small amount of marijuana along with a pipe and grinder were also located in Billiot's bedroom. Detectives release Billiot and Richard on summonses to appear in court on March 7, 2016. Rock-Sainos was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
