St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

Manning, 33, 911 ½ 1st Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on January 26, 2016 at 10:56 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of driving under suspension and operating a vehicle with improper tail lights. Manning was brought to booking at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center by another agency. While there, a correctional officer located an active warrant for Manning's arrest. No bail is set.

Norris P. Touchet, Jr., 44, 7158 Main Highway 31, St. Martinville, LA was arrested on January 26, 2016 at 12:00 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of injuring public records and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of illegal possession of stolen things. A deputy transported Touchet from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the warrants. No bail is set.

Michael J. Jack, 44, 1146 Highway 83, Glenco, LA was arrested on January 26, 2016 at 1:14 pm for disturbing the peace (intoxicated). A deputy responded to a report of a subject lying in the roadway of Highway 83 in the Glencoe area. Upon arrival, the deputy observed a male subject, identified as Jack, staggering on the shoulder of the roadway. The deputy made contact with Jack and smelled the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and person. Jack was transported to the parish jail for booking. He was later released on a summons to appear in court on March 30, 2016.

Justin Price, 27, 515 General McArthur Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on January 27, 2016 at 12:32 am for headlights required and driving under suspension. A deputy observed a vehicle with a non-functioning headlight and conducted a traffic stop on US Highway 90 in Berwick. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Price, and discovered that he was operating the vehicle with a suspended license. Price was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $1250.
