6 names appear on the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office arrest report. Deputies say they investigated 43 complaints over the last 24-hour reporting period.

Bobby R. Mouton, 806 Tall Timbers Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 23, 2016 at 8:59 am on warrants for failure to provide notification as a sex offender of child predator, failure to maintain special identification card as a sex offender, and failure to pay annual registration fee. In 2013 Mouton was convicted in St. Mary Parish for obscenity and solicitation of a minor. A detective of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Compliance Division conducted a compliance check found that Mouton failed to notify the community of his sex offender status, failed to renew his ID card, and did not pay the sex offender registration fee. The detective located Mouton at his residence on the warrants and transported him to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Hank Landry, 39, 4055 Francis Street Apt. C, Berwick, LA was arrested on February 23, 2016 at 10:11 am on warrants for failure to change his address on the sex offender identification card and failure to pay annual registration fee. Landry was convicted of carnal knowledge of a juvenile in 2 cases in 1996. A Sex Offender Compliance Division detective conducting a compliance check learned that Landry failed to update his identification card after moving from one address to another. Landry also failed to pay his annual registration fee. The detective located Landry at his residence and transported him to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Carmel J. Triggs, Jr., 34, 806 Tall Timbers Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 23, 2016 at 11:51 am on warrants for failure to register as a sex offender and failure to pay annual registration fee. Triggs was convicted of indecent behavior with juveniles in St. Mary Parish in 2013. A detective of the Sex Offender Compliance Division conducting a compliance check on the offender found that Triggs failed to register as a sex offender upon his release from jail in October. Triggs also failed to pay the annual registration fee in a timely manner. The detective located Triggs at the Patterson city jail and transported him to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Tiffany L. Romero, 36, 105 Nichole Lane, Berwick, LA was additionally charged on February 23, 2016 at 1:41 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of issuing worthless checks. During a booking procedure at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center a correctional officer located the active warrant for Romero. Romero is being housed at the Morgan City Police Department jail.

Dustin Pike, 19, 340 Ratcliff Lane, Franklin, LA was arrested on February 23, 2016 at 7:23 pm for possession of Schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids), 2nd offense and violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone). While on patrol in Bayou Vista a deputy observed a vehicle parked at the skate park which was closed for the day. The driver appeared to be asleep at the wheel. Conducting a welfare check, the deputy made contact with the subject and observed signs of impairment. The driver was identified as Pike. While speaking with the deputy, Pike admitted that there was an illegal substance in the vehicle. The deputy located a burnt cigarette containing a small amount of a synthetic drug inside. The deputy transported Pike to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Troy Rhodes, Jr., 36, 112 Glenhill Drive, Houma, LA was arrested on February 24, 2016 at 1:14 am for the following violations:
-    Tail lights required
-    Reckless operation of a vehicle
-    Switched license plate
-    Possession of Schedule II (methamphetamine)
-    No motor vehicle insurance
-    License plate light required
-    Expired inspection sticker
A deputy traveling on Highway 90 observed a vehicle speeding 85 miles per hour in a posted 60 mile per hour zone. The deputy also observed that the license plate registration on the vehicle did not match the make and model of the vehicle. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Rhodes. During the traffic stop investigation, the deputy observed an expired inspection sticker and discovered that the vehicle was not insured. Following his arrest, the deputy searched Rhodes and located a cigarette pack containing a small clear plastic baggie with crystal like shards inside. The deputy positively identified the substance as methamphetamine. Rhodes was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
