The following is the list of the arrest in St. Mary Parish in the last 24 hours:

Morgan Lavergne, 21, 914 Second Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 10, 2015 at 11:26 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt of court, speeding, and failure to honor written promise to appear. With an active warrant for her arrest, a deputy made contact with Lavergne at a residence in Ricohoc. The deputy transported her to the parish jail for booking. Lavergne was released on a $334.50 bond.

Jake A. Burke, 21, 179 Cane Road, Centerville, LA was arrested on September 10, 2015 at 2:58 pm for domestic abuse battery. A deputy responded to a report of domestic violence at a residence on Hebert Street in the Franklin area. The deputy learned that Burke grabbed a female victim by the arms and pushed her. The deputy located Burke at his residence. Following the investigation, Burke was transported to the parish jail. No bail is set.

Elliot C. Mclean, 23, 10013 Broussell Road, Abbeville, LA was arrested on September 10, 2015 on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of resisting an officer by providing false information. A deputy transported Mclean from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.

Blake Wain, 18, 656 Verdunville Road, Centerville, LA was arrested on September 10, 2015 at 3:51 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule I drugs with intent to distribute, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, possession of Schedule I drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia as well as on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wain turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Franklin. No bail is set.

Jordan A. Billiot, 29, 102 Cedarwood Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 11, 2015 at 3:14 am for criminal trespass, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, and criminal damage to property. A deputy was dispatched to a report of an unauthorized entry of a residence on V’s Lane in Charenton. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Billiot, who knew the victim, entered into the victim’s residence without permission. While in the home Billiot damaged items including a window and TV. The deputy located Billiot at her residence and following the investigation transported her to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.
