Dylan A. Leblanc, 23, 139 Big Bear Lane, Franklin, LA was arrested on February 13, 2017 at 2 :32 pm for violation of the parish leash law ordinance. A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Yokely Road to a complaint of dogs running loose. The deputy observed 2 dogs running through the neighborhood. Deputies had been called to the location on previous occasions. The owner of the animals, Leblanc, was arrested and released on a summons to appear in court on May 10, 2017.

Leandrea Green, 31, 217 Deare Street, New Iberia, LA was arrested on February 13, 2017 at 1:49 pm on a warrant for introduction of contraband into a penal institution. Correctional officers at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center observed Green drop a container into a garbage can in the lobby area of the facility. The correctional officers retrieved the container and found cell phones and tobacco inside. A warrant was issued for Green's arrest. Green was located in Iberia Parish. She was transported from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set.

Dicie Fulks, 32, Cremo Lane, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 14, 2017 at 12:08 am for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, failure to yield, and failure to signal 100 feet prior to an intersection. While traveling on Highway 182 in Amelia, a vehicle pulled out of a parking lot in front of the patrol unit without using a turn signal. The deputy stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Fulks. The deputy smelled the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on her person and performed a field sobriety test. Fulks conducted the test poorly and later registered a 0.147g% blood alcohol concentration. Fulks was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $3,000.

Miranda Topham, 35, 1311 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on February 14, 2017 at 10:13 pm on a warrant for domestic abuse battery (child endangerment law). On February 7, 2017, a deputy responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in Bayou Vista. The deputy spoke with several subjects at the residence and learned that Topham became angry and grabbed a female victim by the arm. A warrant was issued for her arrest. A deputy patrolling Bayou Vista located Topham on Field Road and transported her to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. Bail is set at $3,500.

Trent Duhon , 22, 294 Ricohoc Drive, Ricohoc, LA was arrested on February 13, 2017 at 9:35 pm for the following offenses:
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Resisting an officer
- Warrant for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, criminal damage to property, simple battery, and telephone harassment
- 3 warrants for failure to appear for a drug court status conference and failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court

Erika Verret , 20, 604 David Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 13, 2017 at 9:35 pm for the following offenses:
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of Schedule IV (Xanax)

Jayde Adams , 19, 712 Kelli Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 13, 2017 at 9:35 pm for the following offenses:
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law
- Possession of drug paraphernalia

Eternity Bass , 19, 11 Lincoln Drive, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 13, 2017 at 9:35 pm for the following offenses:
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law
- Possession of drug paraphernalia

Brennan Giandelone , 19, 521 Tiffany Street, Apt #13, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 13, 2017 at 9:35 pm for the following offenses:

- Violation of a controlled dangerous substance law
- Possession of drug paraphernalia

Detectives with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Section were patrolling Bayou Vista when they observed a stalled vehicle at the intersection of Jupiter Street and LA Highway 182. Detectives made contact with 5 subjects and smelled the odor of burning marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver, Duhon, then fled on foot. Detectives apprehended him. During a search of the vehicle, detectives located 6 small bags of marijuana, a partially burnt marijuana cigar, and drug paraphernalia including a grinder, a digital scale, and plastic baggies. Detectives also located a Xanax pill in Verret’s purse. The illegal drugs were found within 2,000 feet of a church. Detectives also found that Duhon was wanted on warrants. Duhon, Verret, Adams, Bass, and Giandelone were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set for Duhon, Adams, Bass, or Giandelone. Verret was released on a personal surety bond.
