State Lawmaker Proposes Ten Commandments Monument At Capitol

One state lawmaker wants to erect a Ten Commandments monument on the Capitol grounds. Representative Patrick Williams of Shreveport's proposal will be considered by state lawmakers when the regular legislative session begins April 25th. Representative Williams wants the monument paid for and maintained by a non-government group.
