State Police Confirm Hit-And-Run In Death Of Opelousas Man

State police have confirmed the death of an Opelousas man was a hit and run. Early yesterday morning, Henry Bobb of Opelousas was found lying on LA Highway 182 in St. Landry Parish, then died after being taken to a local hospital. Troop I spokesperson Stephen Hammons says Bobb's family has been notified and the investigation continues. Hammons urges anyone with knowledge of what happened to call the Troop I Headquarters.
