Today marks the second day of the special legislative session held once every 10 years to deal with the redistricting of the state following the once every decade U.S. Census. Governor Bobby Jindal opened the session yesterday in Baton Rouge saying it was important the redistricting process be done as openly, transparently and fairly as possible. 

St. Martinville Senator Freddie Mills says there are tons of redistricting plans being floated around the Legislature.
