Strength Training For The Insane Inflatable 5K
The Insane Inflatable 5K comes to Louisiana for the first time, and Townsquare Media of Lafayette has you covered if you have no clue what to expect.
In the final training session, Coach Brian Broussard at Fit Life, the official head trainer for Insane Inflatable 5K, really pushes our radio personalities to get the most out of their reps, and has some fun while doing it! Of course, with these set of characters, you know they're going to have a good time, even while working out!
The big event, which is being brought to you by Coors Light, comes to Evangeline Downs Nov. 2.
