Student Stimulus : Afternoon Drive Home

President Obama announced his plan for student loans and according to him it won't cost taxpayers anything.  But Fox News reported that it may cost a great deal. The plan would cap loans at 20 years and would limit the repayment rate at 10 percent of that person's income that is above the poverty line.  That would mean some loans that never get repaid.
