Student Sues West Baton Rouge Parish School Board Over Facebook Comments

A Port Allen Brusly High School senior sued the West Baton Rouge Parish School Board to get his disciplinary record expunged. The student and his father, identified as Minor Doe and John Doe for privacy reasons, sued after Minor posted insulting words on one of his teachers Facebook pages, after which he was suspended for two days.

The School Board and the Does are happy to have the incident behind them.
