Students Stranded But Safe At Comeaux High School

While Lafayette Parish Schools canceled classes this morning, the lateness of the announcement meant many students had already been dropped off at school.

KATC reports that about forty students are stuck at Comeaux High School, along with six students at David Thibodaux STEM Magnet Academy.

LPS Superintendent Donald Aguillard tells KATC that students are safe inside the building.
