Subway In Trouble Over Footlongs Being Short – Is This A Big Deal?

Subway is going to be headed to court.  This after a recent discovery that sandwiches from the chain are not 1 foot long, but sometimes as much as 1 inch short.

2 men in New Jersey are taking them to court and are looking to make it a class action lawsuit, which means that many people may benefit as a result of the suit.  The chain has not commented on the suit.
