Sulphur Man Accused Of Having Sex With 6-Year-Old

SULPHUR, La. (KPEL) — A Calcasieu Parish man has been arrested amid allegations he had improper sexual contact with a six-year-old girl.

Deputies there say 56-year-old Ray Skinner of Sulphur has been charged with four counts of aggravated incest and has been booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center.

The Department of Child and Family Services is investigating the case as well.

Bond for Skinner has been set at $300,000.
