SUNO-UNO Merger

The SUNO/UNO merger is being delayed again.It will be at least tomorrow before the House debates legislation that cleared committee earlier that proposes merging historically black Southern University at New Orleans with predominantly white University of New Orleans.  A two-thirds majority is needed for passage of HB 537.  Two supporters were absent yesterday.
