The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule this week on the constitutionality of the Obama Administrations healthcare law.  Today on ‘Mornings With Ken & Bernie’ Fox News Political Analyst, Washington Times columnist and President of BGR Public Relations Jeff Birnbaum said the decision on Obamacare may not occur today but will be handed down by Thursday, the last day of the Supreme Court session.

According to Birnbaum,

“This is a very big decision.  It will decide the fate of the President’s chief legislative initiative of his first term.  If the Supreme Court gives Obamacare a clean bill of health, so to speak, then that’s a big victory for the President.”

Birnbaum said it won’t remove healthcare from the issues that will be debated during the presidential campaign, in fact it will put it higher on the list.  The President would have a lot to crow about if the Supreme Court sides with him.
