Suspect In Moss Street Robbery Still On The Loose

Lafayette Police say a black male suspect robbed a store in the 3500 block of Moss Street Tuesday night, and they need your help trying to catch him.

Spokesperson Cpl. Paul Mouton says when the suspect went into the store, he took out a handgun and demanded money. Police say he took an undisclosed amount of money from the register and fled the store.

Fortunately, the clerk was not injured during the incident.
