Suspect On The Loose After Robbing Lafayette Convenience Store

Lafayette Police need your help trying to find the person who robbed a convenience store in the 3400 block of West Pinhook Road around 5:30 Tuesday morning.

LPD spokesman Karl Ratcliffe says the suspect went into the store wearing a hooded jacket and a white plastic mask. Described as a black male, he went into the store with a handgun and demanded money from the store employee, who was not harmed. The suspect was able to get away with $75 in cash.
