DULAC, La. (AP) — Authorities say a man standing on a shrimp boat in Dulac was shot to death after a weekend argument.

The Courier reported that the victim in Sunday's shooting was 49-year-old Vo Hung of Houma.

A Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office news release says deputies and detectives responded to the shooting about 3:35 p.m.

Deputies learned there was an argument between the victim and an unidentified suspect. The suspect left and returned shortly afterward with a shotgun. The victim was shot as he stood on a shrimp boat docked in Bayou Grand Caillou.
