Suspect Wanted For Installing ATM Skimmers; May Have Used Fake Card In Lafayette

The U.S. Secret Service and the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office are looking for a man who allegedly installed credit card skimmers at various ATMs and who created counterfeit credit cards based on information stolen by those skimmers.

Police said the skimmers were installed at ATMs throughout south Louisiana and that the suspect has been creating counterfeit credit cards.

At least one of those cards was used in Lafayette, officials said.
