OPELOUSAS, La. (AP) — A suspect in last week's robbery at Home Bank in Scott has been arrested.

Scott Police Chief Chad Leger said officers recovered all but $2,000 of the $14,000 taken in the heist.

Leger tells The Advertiser Charles Fontenot was arrested Friday night at his Opelousas home after police there received an anonymous tip about the robber.

Leger said Fontenot had an arm tattoo large enough for security cameras to capture and make him more easily identifiable.

It was unclear whether Fontenot has an attorney.
