Suspected Serial Killer Convicted In Strangling Death

Suspected serial killer Jeffery Lee Guillory has been convicted of strangling a woman to death in 2002. Renee Newman of Baton Rouge is one of multiple women that Guillory is accused of murdering in the capital city in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He's already serving a 50-year sentence for trying to kill a Lafayette woman in 2007. He'll be sentenced November 10th.
