The Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Acadian Home Builders Association and The Acadiana Realtors Association have teamed up to host a workshop this coming Monday for people who are interested in running for political office.
The Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for another active Legislative session. This year legislators are required by law to deal primarily with only fiscal matters, but are allowed to submit five non-fiscal pieces of legislation. Chamber spokesman Bruce Conque says they will be watching.
