The Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce is coming off a great year in 2011 that brought honors including a national five-star accreditation. Today Bruce Conque, Chamber VP of Marketing & Governmental Relations sat in with “Mornings With Ken & Bernie” and discussed upcoming events including the annual Chamber Banquet and “Food for Thought” a new luncheon series which will replace “Eggs & Issues”.

Rob Guidry , President and CEO of the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce joined "Mornings With Ken & Bernie" today to talk about their upcoming event to talk about the State's budget.

On this October 22nd's ballot, there will be a proposal for a millage increase to raise money for Lafayette Parish School maintenance and the buiding fund. Rob Guidry, CEO and President of the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce tells KPEL members are divided on this tax increase.

Business Over Breakfast will be held next Tuesday, June 21st.
