News 15 reported that the woman was interested in purchasing a vehicle for sale on Facebook from 25-year-old Issacc Robinson Jr. Lafayette Police say she met up with him on April 25th around 3 pm to purchase the vehicle.
At first, Busbice was expecting a confrontation and was confused when 9-year-old Kelvin Ellis Jr. stretched out his hand and said, "If you're homeless, here's a dollar." The 42-year-old was baffled.
The Louisiana woman with ties to Lafayette surrendered herself to FBI officials in Baton Rouge. Agents believe she robbed a bank on Highland Road in October.
