Mobile Home Fire

The Lafayette Parish Coroner's Office is working to determine the woman's cause of death.

A mobile home went up in flames in Broussard last night.  It happened on Girouard Road, where firefighters responded to the call.  They found heavy smoke coming from the home and put out the fire in around half an hour. The remains of what's believed to be 73-year-old Floyd Mason were found inside the home on 795 Front Street in Krotz Springs.
