The decision to put in a new grading system at LSU has now been postponed. The LSU Faculty Senate delayed the vote after some faculty members complained about the lack of time to discuss the plan prior to the scheduled vote, while others pointed out the change would cost the university money during a time of state budget cuts to colleges.
