Dulac Couple Wants Their Otter Back
A Dulac couple who nursed a wounded otter back to health at their bayou country home in Terrebonne Parish say they are heartbroken because the animal is now being held at the zoo in New Orleans. Zoo officials say they can't return the animal to Teddy Chaisson and Katina Bergeron because of state Wildlife and Fisheries rules that bar people from keeping wild animals.
