HIV Drug Given Before Retrovirus Exposure Can Reduce Risk
The Centers For Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta has some brand new information out about exposure to HIV. The CDC says in their research with one partner having HIV, and the other not, giving the drug to the one who does not test positive for HIV, increases that person's chances for not contracting HIV.
