Target Faces More Than A Dozen Suits

NEW YORK (AP) — More than a dozen Target customers have filed suit against the retailer following the theft of information from about 40 million credit and debit card accounts.

Target says the Justice Department is investigating the security breach, and the Secret Service is working with the retailer's own investigation.
