GONZALES, La. (AP) — Ascension Parish sheriff's deputies have arrested a woman and her 15-year-old son in connection with a Feb. 21 teen party where alcohol, marijuana and marijuana pipes were found.

Lt. Col. Bobby Webre tells The Advocate 33-year-old Allison Michel, of Gonzales, was arrested Thursday on 14 counts of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles.

Webre says deputies arrested Michel after they found store surveillance video of her buying alcohol for the party.

Deputies had arrived at the party after an anonymous caller said teens were drinking and using illegal drugs at the home.

Webre says Michel's 15-year-old son was booked on counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

It was unclear whether Michel and her son have an attorney.
