Teen Wanted For Attempted Murder Turns Himself In
A teen wanted for allegedly shooting a woman during a botched drug deal on May 20, turned himself into St. Landry Parish authorities Wednesday night.
Lt. Clay Higgins told our news partner KATC, 19-year-old Prescott Dargin Jr.was booked into the St. Landry Parish Jail for armed robbery and attempted first-degree murder after a Crime Stoppers segment featuring the crime was broadcast.
Higgins said Dargin walked into the St. Landry Parish jail and was arrested without incident at approximately 10 p.m. Wednesday.
