A Lafayette man was arrested for 'terrorizing' the Pull - A - Part on Galbert Road yesterday after he threatened employees for not allowing him to return a tire.

According to Captain John Babin of the Lafayette Sheriff's Department, 32 - year old Joshua Paul Galloway purchased a tire from the Pull - A - Part salvage yard on Sunday, then returned roughly 20 minutes later and attempted to return the tire. When told he could not return the tire, Galloway attempted to take another tire nearby. Employees confronted Galloway, who threatened to return with a gun and ski mask and rob the business.

Roughly 20 minutes later, Galloway returned a third time and parked in front of the building before entering and attempting to apologize. Galloway was told to leave and was then arrested by LPS deputies. This was not Galloway's first arrest.
