AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Planned Parenthood in Texas says state health investigators served subpoenas at clinics across the state Thursday, asking for some patient health records and billing documents as well as personnel files.

Gov. Greg Abbott ordered state health officials to investigate after anti-abortion activists released undercover videos they allege show Planned Parenthood officials talking about the illegal sale of fetal tissue for profit.

Officials are moving to stop Medicaid funding to the organization.
