The Better Business Bureau Yanks A Local Company’s Accreditation

The Acadiana chapter of the Better Business Bureau has revoked the accreditation of Chad's Mobile Auto Mechanics, LLC of Duson because the BBB says the company violated their Accreditation Agreement with the agency.

When you get a an accredited business certification from the Better Business Bureau of Acadiana you must do several things including:

• The business must maintain high standards for fairness and honesty
• The business must treat the public in a fair and honest way
• The business must communicate about complaints and be responsive in a timely manner.

The BBB says that because Chad's didn't answer a complaint their accreditation was revoked.

The Board of Directors for the BBB suspended the company June 1, and the business had 30 days to appeal, but they did not do so.
