The saga continues among members of the Vermilion Parish School Board.

At the Board's meeting Monday night, 4 members censured Board President Stacy Landry, who has clashed with half his fellow board members in recent weeks about the reinstatement of Superintendent Jerome Puyau.

Landry honored a court decision to reinstate Puyau, but board members wanted to keep Puyau on leave and continue investigating his alleged unprofessional behavior with School System personnel.

The censure of Landry is a symbolic gesture by board members, essentially showing displeasure with the actions Landry.
