Mandy Broussard, a contributer for Louisiana Mom's Blog, was the guest co-host.

Mandy discussed what it was like having a famous Louisiana Chef as a Dad - Johnny "Jambalaya" Percle, who's cooked with Bobby Flay on Food Network and was Executive Chef at Nottaway Plantation. They also discussed how Chef Percle's love of cooking and the cuisine of Louisiana was passed on to her.

Mandy also happens to be a Licensed Social Worker and has some of the same thoughts on the healing power of food and cooking as a form of therapy as Tiffiany does.
