Host Tiffiany Decou recapped her recent trip to the Shreveport/Bossier City Area. She was invited to attend the trip by the tourism board, along with seven other travel journalists from around the U.S.

Tiffiany got very emotional at many points during the trip because, even though she is originally from the area, she hasn't gotten a chance to really explore it.

She interviewed Chris Jay with Shreveport/Bossier Tourisim about the uniqueness of Shreveport stuffed shrimp; Chef Hardette Harris and her role creating the Official Meal of North La; talked spirituality and BBQ with Harvey Clay, pit master at Real BBQ; spoke with Roberto Mondrago, co-owner of Shreveport's hottest restaurant right now, Ki Mexico; and sat down with Evan McCommon with Mahaffey Farms.
