The Public Affairs Research Council Has Released A Voters Guide For Upcoming Elections

The voter guide explaining the six constitutional amendments on the upcoming election ballots is out.

The Public Affairs Research Council says the guide is designed to explain each ballot amendment in a way voters can easily understand and cast an informed vote.  PAR officials say constitutional amendments are often complex issues and difficult to understand.
