Carl Cage , 50, 121 Helen Drive, Franklin, LA was arrested on March 31, 2016 at 9:33 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple assault. A deputy located Cage at his residence and transported him to the parish jail on the warrant. No bail is set.

Heidi Songe , 39, Morgan City, LA was additionally charged on March 31, 2016 at 11:09 am on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. A correctional officer located the active warrant. Songe was already incarcerated and being housed at the Morgan City Police Department jail when she was booked on this charge.

Terez Cooper , 22, 1900 Main Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on March 31, 2016 at 2:23 pm for theft. A deputy investigated a complaint of theft at a store in Bayou Vista. The deputy collected evidence that Cooper, an employee, was intentionally not scanning items into the register, giving over $350 in goods to customers. Cooper was transported to the parish jail for booking and was later released on a $1,000 bond.

Lyn K. Gauge , 46, 1203 Dottie Lane, Ricohoc, LA was arrested on March 31, 2016 at 6:32 pm for theft of goods. A deputy responding to a complaint of shoplifting at a store in Bayou Vista learned from store personnel that Guage was seen taking items from the shelves and concealing them in plastic bags. She then attempted to leave the store without paying for the goods. Guage was released on a summons to appear in court on March 31, 2016.

Crystal Clark , 31, 4053 South Indigo Drive, Harvey, LA was arrested on March 31, 2016 at 9:33 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of simple assault and disturbing the peace (offensive words). During booking at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville, a correctional officer located an active warrant Clark. No bail is set.

Kailyn Broussard , 17, 304 Brashear Avenue, Morgan City, LA was arrested on March 31, 2016 at 10:14 pm for the following offenses:
- Possession of Schedule I (marijuana)
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of a Legend Drug without a prescription
- Possession of Schedule IV (lonamin)

Stephanie Kober , 20, 568 Lima Street, Berwick, LA was arrested on March 31, 2016 at 10:14 pm for the following offenses:
- Possession of Schedule I (marijuana)
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of Schedule IV (Xanax)
- Possession of Schedule IV (Klonapin)
- 2 counts possession of a Legend Drug without a prescription

While conducting a traffic stop on Highway 90 in the Patterson area, a deputy smelled the strong odor of burning marijuana coming from the vehicle. The deputy also made contact with two passengers, identified as Broussard and Kober. While speaking with the subjects, both admitted to the deputy that they had marijuana in their purses. The deputy located the illegal substance and also found over two dozen pills and items of drug paraphernalia. Broussard and Kober could not provide a prescription for the Legend Drugs. Both were transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Charles Cantrell , 45, 150 Two Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on March 31, 2016 at 2:21 pm on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Detectives of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division patrolling Bayou Vista observed Cantrell, who was wanted on an active warrant, driving a vehicle on Highway 182. Detectives stopped the suspect and made the arrest on the warrant. The warrant stems from an investigation in which detectives conducted a search warrant at Cantrell’s residence and located several pipes used to smoke marijuana.Top of Form Cantrell was released on a summons to appear in court on May 27, 2016.
