Third Gulf Permit Issued

Federal regulators have issued another permit for deepwater drilling in the Gulf. ATP Oil & Gas now is permitted to resume drilling at its wellsite located about 80 miles south of Venice.  It is just the 3rd permit issued since the drilling moratorium was lifted back in October.
