Three Arrested On Drug Charges In Vermilion Parish

Monday afternoon Vermilion Parish Sheriff's deputies acting on a tip surrounded a camper on LA highway 338 and arrested three people on various charges. According to our news partner KATC, 32 year old Joel Cessac of Abbeville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of meth and obstruction of justice. 38 year old Dennison Babin of Abbeville was charged with possession of meth, possession of Lortab, possession of a firearm with obliterated serial numbers. 24 year old Hali Bertrand of Abbeville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of meth and obstruction of justice.
