Traffic Stop Lands Crowley Man In Jail On Drug Charges

34-year-old Quinton Adams of Crowley has been placed behind bars after a traffic stop turned up numerous illegal narcotics, as well as a concealed handgun, according to Crowley Police.

Officers say Adams had an array of narcotics in the vehicle during the traffic stop on East Oak Street. He was arrested and charged with Possession of Suboxone, PWITD Methamphetamines, PWITD Marijuana, PWITD Clonazepam, PWITD Diazepam and Possession of a Firearm in the presence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.

Adams sits in the Acadia Parish Jail.
