The trial of an offshore service company fighting the government because a slow down in drilling permits in the Gulf has been postponed.  U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman agreed to give both Ensco and the Interior Department more time to work on their cases.  Ensco is accusing the government of wrongfully delaying the issuance of drilling permits after it lifted the moratorium in October.  The trial was set to begin May 16th but has been delayed at least until late July.
