A hearing is now set for the two men accused of killing a UL-Lafayette student. Ian Trahan and Wayland Guillory (no mug shot available) have both pleaded not guilty to killing 20-year-old Kenneth Donnelly Jr. and attacking his roommate Rufus Fells at an off-campus home in October 2010.

Trahan's attorney, Thomas Guilbeau, has filed a motion to suppress evidence, claiming police coerced his client into making false statements during the interrogation process. He said he believes the prosecution's case is falling apart.

The two men are scheduled to appear in a Lafayette court on April 26. Each men face one count of second-degree murder and one count of attempted second-degree.
