A Lafayette man has been charged with attempted second degree murder after allegedly shooting at and chasing a man into a home on LaSalle Street Thursday morning.

Lafayette Police say the 40-year old victim was not hurt during the shooting.  Police say two suspects, 67-year-old Robert Anderson and 32-year-old Karen Bourque drove up to the victim, and a very heated argument started.

Police allege Anderson got out the car and started firing shots in the direction of the victim.  They have also arrested Bourque on charges of accessory after the fact to attempted second degree murder.
