Two Bayou Vista Residents Arrested On Drug Charges

St. Mary Parish Sheriff's deputies from the Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at 111 Jordin Lane in Bayou Vista were they say they found marijuana, scales and plastic baggies used to package the drug.

The man they were looking for, 50-year-old Blake Leblanc was not home, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Deputies following up on the case and complaints of illegal drug activity, they went to 43-year-old Tracie Hargrave's home at 500 Clarke Road in Bayou Vista were both Hargrave and Leblanc were arrested.

Deputies found the two, and they smelled the odor or burnt marijuana.

Hargrave was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana, while Leblanc was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
