(KPEL) -- A search of a Breaux Bridge home turned up several illegal drugs, leading to the arrest of two people.

Maj. Ginny Higgins with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office says the Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant of the Alva Drive home Friday afternoon just after 5 o'clock.

Once inside, agents found about ten pounds of marijuana, ecstasy pills, hyrdocodone pills, three firearms, and a large amount of cash. Agents also discovered a "marijuana cultivation laboratory" and seized 30 marijuana plants.

22-year-old Kendol Alexander and 17-year-old Victor Alexander were both booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on various drug charges. Bond has not yet been set.
