Two Burglary Suspects Arrested In Abbeville

Shane Turner and Keith Menard were arrested by Abbeville Police yesterday and were arrested and charged with simple burglary and illegal possession of stolen property. According to our news partners at KATC the suspects were identified from a partial surveillance video at one business. Items from a previous home burglary were also recovered at the time of the arrest. Investigators were originally stymied because in each burglary the surveillance cameras were disabled when the thefts occurred. Turner remains jailed while awaiting $50,000 bail and Menard remains jailed awaiting $105,000 bail.
