PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) — A spokeswoman in Escambia County, Fla., says at least two people were killed and up to 150 inmates and corrections officers were injured in an explosion late last night in the county jail's booking facility.

Part of the building collapsed.

About 600 inmates were in the building at the time.

The jail got extensive flooding during this week's heavy rains, but there's no word on the cause of the blast.
